Parents must provide all meals. Your child will need a morning snack of fresh fruit (not canned), a healthy lunch, an afternoon snack and water. Please provide nutritional foods and adequate drinks (water is our preferred drink). Sodas, juice, candy ,sweet sugary snacks and chips will be returned unopened and may be consumed at home. The school does not have adequate refrigeration space to store cold foods, so please provide a small cooler ( one that will be easy for your child to handle) to hold the required foods. Do not send microwavable foods. Foods that need to be kept hot may be sent in a thermos. Our goal to encourage the children to learn healthy eating habits will only be achieved with full cooperation from the parents.
