Registration and Deposit
A non-refundable registration/activity fee of $150 is due before the first day of school. A deposit of $150 is also due and will be applied to the last month’s tuition upon withdrawal from Kihei Baptist School. A letter of intent to withdraw is required 30 days prior to the exit date to obtain a refund.
Tuition
5 Full Days (M-F) 7:15 am to 3:30 pm $630/month
5 Half Days (M-F) 7:15 am to 12:30 pm $550/month
Tuition is to paid monthly, but may be paid in full in advance for either the nine month Fall/Spring session or the Summer session. If paid in full, the registration fee will be waived. Monthly payments are due on the first of each month and no later than the 7th of each month. A late fee of $15 will be assessed for each delinquent account. If payment is not collected by the 10th of each month, Kihei Baptist School reserves the right to suspend service for the child/family until payment or other arrangements are made. Payments must be made by check, cash or money order. There will be a $15 charge for any checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds and tuition must be paid in cash.
Late Fees for Pick-up
The daily school day ends promptly at 12:30 (half day) and 5:30 (full day). There is NO grace period. At 12:31 and 5:31 respectively, we begin charging a late fee of $2 per minute. This fee is due upon pick up of the child. We appreciate your efforts to be on time, as it sets a good example for your child and it shows that you value the teacher’s schedule as well.
